Anyone else had 2 prices rises in 2 months

I am in a broadband/ TV contract for 24 months from March 2025.

I recently received an email advising of a £4 price change from September,  then this week another advising of further £7 price change for the same and some other products from November. Is this right? Agent says it is because limited time offers are coming to an end.... but emails jusy say "We're committed to keeping prices as low as we can but need to review our pricing from time to time."

Seems very greedy on Sky's part...

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Did you have an increase in April 2026?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

No, nothing in April this year. I had some price rises in September 2025. Then ones due to take place in September 2026 and then again in November 2026.

As an update, the online agent seems to think that the email relating to the November price rise replaces the September one and I won't get a price rise in September.  I will watch my bank statements....
