Another person whose money you have kept.
Seems to be a common problem with you taking money from people leaving a credit in their account when the leave, and then not refunding the money. You owe me £53 and it is so difficult to ask for it back. This is disgraceful and I would very much appreciate it if you could return my money for me plus Interest as it is taking so long. Very poor.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.

Thank you very much for your help. It is very frustrating having to go to so much trouble to get money back! And don't even get me started on their Virtual Assistant!!!!

Interest doesn't factor into it I'm afraid. You'll only get the credit showing on your account.
