All sky equipment

I received packaging for equipment that wasn't adequate for what I had so I have made numerous attempts to speak to an advisor and this was extremely challenging. I managed to speak to an advisor on Wednesday who advised me that the first packaging was only for broadband. I did t realise this. Yesterday I received other packaging for the rest of the equipment that has been used to return equipment. I have received an email this morning telling me I'm been charged for non return. Please can I be contacted regarding this as this is appalling! I have all equipment been returned to the post office today

The way to get this resolved is to call Sky and to give them the tracking number from the receipt you were given when you sent this off.

 

Nobody can contact you via here as escalations are currently offline.
