Airpods

I returned the airpods but I'm being charged for it, I returned it the day after I received it, the device didn't fit well in my ear, I hope Sky returns the money that was charged and cancels the airpods contract

How long ago?  I presume you contacted Sky before returning them to agree the return?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

You should get any money refunded but as above did you let Sky know you are returning them within the colling off period ?
