Agreed discount has changed
When I took out my contract I agreed take Multi Room at an agreed amount of £7.50 per month for 24 mths. (this was via chat and I have a screenshot to prove it).
The 24 months end in November. I have just noticed that part of the discount £2.50 has disappeared and I am now paying £10.
I have queried this and raised a complaint with no success.
Thankfully its only £2.50 per month but its the principal. I wondered if anyone could point me in the direction to get this resolved.

Re: Agreed discount has changed
@Anonymous
When did you put the complaint in and how did you do this as it then gives Sky up to 8 weeks to resolve this and if they don't you can ask for a deadlock letter to take it further.

Re: Agreed discount has changed
Thank you for the information.
It was just last week. I got a reply with an explanation that didnt make sense to me it referred to VAT. It also confirmed the complaint was now closed. I will make contact again Thanks again

@Anonymous
You can fill in this form to do this:

Give them the date and time that you agreed to the discounts so they can listen to the calls if needs be.

Re: Agreed discount has changed
I agreed through chat. I'm not sure if those are held but I will try again. Thankfully I have a screenshot.
Thanks again for your help

@Anonymous wrote:... it referred to VAT.
...unless the Government has changed VAT rates then that 'explanation' seems a, well, just wrong.

Re: Agreed discount has changed
After a break from dealing with this have been on chat today and also telephone. I am going to leave it now.
I have a screenshot of what I agreed to in November 2024 agreeing to multiscreen for £7.50 for 24 months.
I offered to send a copy.
Nobody wants to see it. I am being told I will pay £10 from April and there is nothing can be done about it.

Was all of your discounts for 24 months or was there two amounts . If you look on yourprevious bills you can see if this was the case. And the one for£2.50 was only for shorter periodwhich has now ended. It will show the end date of your discounts on the bill.
