I am paying £6 a month for ads free i do not know why I have not subscribed to this ., but I paid it in the off chance I've pressed something while fast forwarding something. I have NO IDEA what channel this is for if any and im asking if there is an account active for this matter could you please cancel it please Thankyou Dave P

As we are customers here we can not cancel this but you might be able to do it here:

If you can't you will have to contact Sky to ask them to do this for you.
