First of all I didn't know you could merge so thanks for doing that. Yes I have a official complaint in and was there is nothing they can do as the supervisor is away so they can't help, what a poor excuse for a simple problem they created.

Good news spoke to live chat today and spoke to Kiran sorted in 20 minutes, had no reply from emails, but at least it is sorted. Thanks for your help.
