We are finally, at long last, out of contract on our tv service and are about to cancel.
We do not want to jump through the unnecessary hoops that Sky put in our way to make it difficult to do so.
I want to send a recorded delivery letter to Sky to inform them of this cancellation.
Can anyone please provide the postal address to do so?
I've read some rather unhelpful comments on these forums "you must do this as sky instruct, blah, blah, blah".
TBH we're paying customers and aren't interested in their intentional structure of making it difficult to leave hence the requirement to write them a letter.
No discussion, no debate required with them. They could offer our service for £1 a year and we're still cancelling so aren't interested in the 25 minute discussion as to "why is it you want to cancel" and "we can offer you xyz".
So if anyone can please give me a postal address for Sky, that would be appreciated.
If anyone is interested:
Too expensive.
We don't watch ANYTHING on Sky AT ALL.
Too much trash, reptition and adverts. Trying just to find ONE thing to watch takes ages and there are so many better options that suit us and don't cost so much.
This type of TV service is dying and we want out.
Thanks
