May I know how to change the address on the account, i am moving to a new house on 3rd March.

Note that you've now left it far too late to hope to have seamless transfer of broadband. Q television will work at the new address if there's already a dish with a Q-compatible LNB on it. Stream/Glass requires working internet availability.
