Address Change

Hey Guys,

 

I've seen a few posts regarding this issue, but I'm trying to change my address & billing address on my account to my new one, however whenever I call I can't get through and there's a message stating back to call back tomorrow. Is there anyway I can amend my address online asap??

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team may get in touch with you later.

Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. Once that appears you have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky are not instant so you’ll need to regularly check the chat thread.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I am trying to upgrade my phone but it seems to auto-fill my previous address and I cannot change. Please can you help?

To get your address changed (if it is wrong on your account) and to get the upgrade put through then give Sky a call on the free 150 number from your mobile.
