Additional Charge
I pay my sky glass & sky streaming by DD monthly.
I was charged £60 in December (my bill is much more) but I haven't a clue what it is for and it is not on my bill.
who can I call to speak to? Chat not available.

Hi, sorry to hear that.
If you have done any of the following it can impact your bill.
Upgrade or downgrade your TV pack
Cancelled or Reordred Streaming TV
Upgraded or Downgraded your Netflx Package
If this charge wasn't on your bill but taken as a one off payment from another method such as a credit or debit card on file I'm assuming this could be anything such as a Sky Store charge, non return charge or something else. I wouldn't be able to see that as I don't have access to your account.
You can get more help here but make sure to log in to your account at the top right first and you can find contact information by scrolling to the bottom of that page and selecting "No I still need help", "I'd prefer to get in touch" and then tick the box and select "Get in touch"
You'll see a list of ways to get in touch and one of them will be a phone number to get you straight to the team you need.
