I have a sky broadband contract which is due to end in March. Sky have tried to take £80 additional to my monthly payment. I cancelled this payment as I didn't know what it is for. The amount due is now £90. What is this additional payment for?
Have tried calling but cannot speak to anyone

Cancelling your payment isn't a good idea because if Sky can't take the payment then your broadband might be suspended until it is paid.

No, your contract does not end in March. Your contract only ends when you switch/cancel.
Only 'in contract' discounts end.
You also pay monthly in-advance so additional costs could be the undiscounted portion?
