Adding users to my account

I'm trying to add an additional user to my account. Can't believe it can be this hard but maybe someone can offer advice. 

How do I add them - this seems to be the page for it but no options to actually... do it.

@stoemsen I've never had occasion to do this, but I assume you tap the blue 'invite someone new' button and take it from there?

Thanks, but that page doesn't give me the option to add anyone to my account.

I believe you select the sign in option against the relevant option, setup the ID on the next page then link it to your main Sky ID using billing details or your account number.

@stoemsen try closing all sky.com websites and then clearing your browser cache (cookies etc)

Thanks I'll try but have already tried in Incognito mode which doesn't cache or use cookies. Same result.

Hi @stoemsen   It is not clear anywhere, but the procedure is that your additional user has to create their own sky account and then link it to yours. In essence you don't do anything apart from provide your new additional user the linking data, e.g. your 12 digit account number.

Account access for friends and family.

Edit: I have found that the Bing search engine clearly shows the procedure, just search Bing for "how to add additional user on sky".
