My contract is up for renewal so tried to do that today.
What a complete nightmare!!!
I found out that Sky Cinema had been added to my account without my knowledge ( £13 a month) . When I queried and asked how and when it was done, I found that when the Sky Engineer added our property to put our new Sky Q in, he added it even though we made it very clear that we didnt want it!! Asked for it to be removed , to be told that I still had to pay for it until 12th March. Why???
I didnt ask for it!!!
Then trying to renew contract was a complete nightmare. The agent " sniffed" all the time , didn't listen to me and then had the cheek to offer me a package £15 more a month than I'm paying now.
Have complained, waiting for a reply which I dont suppose I will get!
Been with Sky 27 years, gets worse every year

You have to give 31 days notice to remove any package. (Obviously, you have a separate complaint)

I know that I have 31 days but it's the fact that I still have to pay for it when I never wanted it in the first place!!!
