Adding a service when moving home

I currently have SKY stream but not broadband. I'm moving house and would like to add broadband to my package at the property when I move. Does anybody know how to speak to somebody at SKY about arranging this. The website doesn't seem to cater, going into a physical store gets me a telephone number on which there is an automated service which also doesn't handle it.

When you get asked any questions by the bot tryvremaining on the line and saying nothing when it asks you anything. If that doesn't work try saying cancel..
