Activate HBO Max doesn't work

I'm trying to activate the HBO Max offer on the website but it says the website isn't available at the moment?

I definitely have the correct link as I'm looking at the link on my Sky box now.

Is there a problem with the website?

I am aware of Google.

I've been having the same issue all day.  On the phone to Sky for hours, then whatsapp with HBO. Something in this process has obviously gone terribly wrong for them, it's a mess.

@MarcCrawford It's probably over-subscribed and the website's crashed, everyone wants HBO Max for the new Harry Potter series and stuff.

Same here and their bloody useless help system is utterly pathetic. Doesn't even understand the question. I thought Sky were supposed to monitor these posts, even if only to acknowledge they're aware of the problem.

Well my Brother's been this afternoon, he's been up from London, and I now have a working HBO Max account.

I'm also having the same issue for over a week so I doubt it's due to popularity. I bet it works if the paid version is selected - just sayin'
