Accout issues

Totally fed up with sky! I signed contracts with sky both mobile and tv and have been with sky for 25 years plus. I've adhered to my contractual obligations but over the past couple of years sky has not! Nothing but problems with accessing my accounts and billing problems and it's still ongoing so I'm taking legal advice and seeking advice from the ombudsman. I have spent a fortune with sky but I'm not prepared to any longer. At the same time I can't fault the customer service users as they have gone out of their way to help but if the website and apps don't work then it's not their fault but due to failures in the system they are required to use, if the technology and system doesn't work then that's not their fault

What issues do you have accessing your account so when you try to what is happening ?

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to assist other customers.

If you are a new customer you have to let two payments go through before you can change the date.

 

See this link. Any change could also change the amount payable as a bill will end up being for a period longer than the usual 4 weeks.
