It says my Netflix is included in my package so why have I been charged extra £7 for nextlfic on top of my package

That indicates you have Standard Ad free, it's an extra £7 a month over the Standard Ad supported.

 

It's a rolling monthly add-on so go to your Netflix account online and downgrade if needed.
