Account

My account log in is saying wrong bank account details even though it takes payment every month

So to  be clear what you are saying is it is asking you to update your payment details when you login to your account ?

login, what onscreen message do you see ?

It asks for bank account details even, put them in and it says incorrect 

Iv cancelled the direct debit , sky will soon help when payment stops

Actually they will not help as they will suspend your services until you restore the direct debit and should there be a missed payment then this will appear on your credit record.

Iv just spent 42 minutes on the phone with them and got nowhere!!

Hi @Char4142   What services are you expecting to get. Why would not logging on stop them?

I can't log in to activate SIM card so after spending 42 mins on the phone and still unable to log in Iv been told sims been cancelled

That appears to be a different issue than your issue with your account so perhaps you can explain more what is actually happening with your services and what messages you are seeing ?

Iv never been able to log in to my account, I didn't need the sim straight away so wasn't an issue . Tried to use the sim and won't allow as not been activated. Can't activate sim now as after spending 42 minutes on the phone Iv been told the sims been cancelled as it wasn't activated!!    I will have to now order a new sim which I can't do as can't log in and will have to pay more which isn't possible as Iv got cancer and heart failure so not able to work hence trying to sort the sim to save every penny possible
