Account set up

I spoke with an advisor yesterday and set my mobile account up with a new email address.  We have tried to set the account up today but when we put in the postcode it just says it's not recognised.  We have been having issues with our mobile account showing up on our old email so this is why we have changed it and now this is also an issue

Try putting your phone's web browser into desktop mode then putting the postcode in.
