Account says i have no contracts

Hi

 

I need to access my bills and payments but my sky account says I do not have any contracts and won't let me access bills and payments. I have been with Sky for over a year and need to check why my bill has gone up by £20 - it doesn't give me an option to link an ID

Before joining Sky last year had you previously been a customer in the past and left then returned as a new customer ?
