Hi everyone, a while back I changed to a new bank, so sky had been taking from a wrong account, I also couldn't remember my log in details which also had my worrying, I tried ringing sky but it said i couldn't as my sim had been restricted, it then resulted in BPO getting in contact, i then paid £30 of the £74.76 i owed, they have passed it back to Sky but my account is restricted, i managed to log in but it won't let me access bills and payments so i can't make a payment or change my bank info so they can take it, can i have some help, im worrying as i want to get this sorted and move on, ive moved to vodaphone on a pay as you go so its easier, but worrying about this now.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou might still be able to call Sky so have you tried to do so via the 150 (just that) number. You will have to battle with the bot if you can make this call so say No to any questions asked about text messages etc.
