If your account is restricted due to non-payment then you'll need to clear that debt before Sky will discuss the account with you.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Stacylacey

Account restricted or services restricted? They aren't necessarily the same.

Hi @Stacylacey  I'm sorry but you are not talking to Sky here on this public community forum. Please see Welcome below for information.. What happens when you try to call? Do you get prompted to pay? If this is the case then Sky will not talk to you until you pay in full, and set up a new continuous payment method.

Entitled to social care

I'm entitled to a social tariff but my phone has been restricted due to overdue payment. Phone is needed severely for support during my anxiety and panic attacks for my support groups to be able to talk to them

@Stacylacey
These are the current methods for customers needing to contact Sky. Some methods will be more appropriate than others depending on the issue you have.

🟡 📞 Call Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline if you have Sky Broadband. The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers but official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are usually inclusive from non Sky phones.

All calls will start automated (aka ‘the bot’) which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.

🟡online help via this link
https://www.sky.com/help
If necessary a number may be visible at the end of the correct help flow.

🟡Sky Assistant 💬 should also be available via
https://www.sky.com/help
for most service issues and gives you 24/7 help and a quick response. It should provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues.

🟡Social Media You can also get in touch via the messaging services on Facebook or Instagram, (links at the bottom of the forum page).

Note ~ ROI customers If you’re in the ROI make sure the flag in the bottom right of any link is showing the correct flag and change if required. The Sky Ireland phone lines have different operating hours to the UK and are closed over a weekend.

Hi @Stacylacey   150 if you have Sky Mobile or Sky Talk. All other telephone numbers are blocked in this community if if one existed.

@Stacylacey  You may qualify for a social tariff, however if there is an outstanding payment your service will be restricted regardless, this applies to all customers equally.

Did you apply for the social tariff with Sky?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Stacylacey

I'm not aware of Social Tariff customers being exempt from restrictions if a bill isn't paid.

Edit- your post that I think was snaffled by the automatic filters has been merged to your other two threads.
