Account refund
Hi, I've cancelled my Sky account, cost and performance became less attractive, however I see a credit on March account of 180.55 and a credit on April account for 46.49.
broadband stopped end of March and tv is this week I'm sure, I've tried contacting them to get refund but no luck, any suggestions?

Refunds after cancelling should take about 6 weeks from your last day of connection however posts here do suggest it’s taking longer.
Once the TV subscription has ended and the credit is showing for that post back on this thread and we can ask the Community Messaging Team to contact you to hopefully refund the credits in 3-5 working days.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

Thanks for your help, appreciate the reply, getting through is a nightmare, their Bot needs an overhaul as not really any help! 🙈
