Account on MySky does not show current bills

Hi, I left Sky at the beginning of 2024, I have joined again at the beginning of January and have just had my second bill come out. The my sky app still doesn't acknowledge me as a current Sky customer so I can not change any settings.

When you rejoined due you sign up as a new customer or as an existing one ?

If you are using the same login details as before then this will be why as that account will have been closed so you will need to set up a new Sky ID to use with the app.


If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first so log into the old account here:


https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details


Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:


https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-id/sky-id

 

So logout of the app then back in with your new Sky ID and password.

I have been with Sky since 2012, and I changed my package last year and my bill was €42 since then, but this i suddenly see the bills increase to €96:50; so I don't understand why?

@Emmanuellolusog try comparing your higher bill with a previous one to see where the differences are.
