Trying to log in to my account on website but it is asking for the 12 digit account number which is nowhere to be found on the invoice which only includes a Sky reference Number, Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Due Dateand Sky VAT Registration Number and neither of these have 12 digits, tried ringing Sky and the phone went dead when I enventually got through to a human being I think , because they did eventually come back on and I was trying to stop them speaking but they justy finished their repetative announcement and hung up. I also have a new email address for the business which will need updating but as I cannot log in this is impossible. Hope you can resolve my issues with Sky login
