Account issues

Same happens to me last night just checked my sky package last nite some HG as added sky sports all sports channels and HBO max with sports as well I phone up this morning it's  gone for review hope vet soon sorted off compensation and that have a sky puck in my name from India I got hacked shame on sky

It it that told me that someone from India was using my account not coming on here again all full of negative energy
