Account issues

I pay my account by direct debt and I've been I formed that my account is in arrears which isnt possible as it's been paid every month. I had some issues when I moved home and was without internet for a few weeks and was informed I'd be given a reduction which I received and that my sky and internet was on one fixed payment but now its showing as 2 payments how is this possible.

@Reaper85 without access to your accounts (we're customers here, not Sky advisers) it's difficult to know what has happened. However, if you now have two separate Sky accounts, for whatever reason, you need to have a direct debit in place for each account.
