Account ended, equipment return error

I recently cancelled my Sky contract as it came to the end of the term.  I've received two boxes to return:

Sky Q 1TB UHD

Sky Q 1TB

 

The problem is, we only have the Sky Q 1TB UHD.  I've never had two boxes, and I don't want to be billed for a piecce of equipment that I don't have.  I did upgrade from Sky Q to Sky Q UHD where I think the box was replaced, but the engineer took the old equipment away.

 

Can I get this resolved so Sky expect only one item returned?

Send back the one you have got and make sure when doing so you get and keep proof of posting when doing this.

This might be related to this so does your online account at present show that you have 2 boxes, if so you might want to give Sky a call about this so it can be corrected.
