Account cancelled still paying

Transferred to Virgin 13th April. Had money taken from account 15th April and 15th May. How do I got money back from Sky

@marje21 which services did you switch to Virgin? They can't cancel a Sky tv service, so you would need to cancel that yourself.

If you transfered broadband to Sky then for this do you see a credit on your Sky account ?
