‘Account already linked’ issue with Sky ID

Hiya, im having issues linking my sky ID. When I go though the process of linking my ID it says 'account already linked', however I can't access any of bills, any of my sky mobile products or any features of the my sky app as it says 'this page is restricted' I How can I go about fixing this?

That suggests you might be using the wrong login details so are you sure you are using your main one that you have setup for your account ?

I've only ever had one account, the one I set up when I purchased a laptop with sky mobile. When I log in it tells me to finish setting up my account, I follow the instructions using my bank info ect and it says the account has already been linked and im good to go. But when I try to look at my bills it says to finish setting up my account and makes me do the whole thing again!

I have axactly the same issue. It must be a glish on Sky app and not our fault, wrong login etc. It should be fixed by Sky as it is really annoying. I tried to use 'get help' opition on Sky ap but it gives you endless list of some useless tips, no live chat with an assistant or any real help available. This is not acceptable, I'm unable to access my bills which are misteriously sky high.
