‘Account already linked’ issue with Sky ID
Hiya, im having issues linking my sky ID. When I go though the process of linking my ID it says 'account already linked', however I can't access any of bills, any of my sky mobile products or any features of the my sky app as it says 'this page is restricted' I How can I go about fixing this?

That suggests you might be using the wrong login details so are you sure you are using your main one that you have setup for your account ?

I've only ever had one account, the one I set up when I purchased a laptop with sky mobile. When I log in it tells me to finish setting up my account, I follow the instructions using my bank info ect and it says the account has already been linked and im good to go. But when I try to look at my bills it says to finish setting up my account and makes me do the whole thing again!
