I am receiving ongoing emails to return my Sky equipment or incur charges from 5th Aug if I fail to do so. I have not cancelled my account, but have renewed it recently! Can you update my account to prevent me receiving these incorrect emails and the threat of incurring additional costs.

We are fellow customers on here so you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum.

The quickest way to resolve this may be to call Sky or when your post returns to the main board we can get you some help via the Messaging Team.
