Hi,
I accidentally made a manual overpayment and would like to see if I could get a refund for the credit currently on my account. My direct debit took me into a my overdraft as I hadn't been payed yet so I thought I would have got that money taken off my balance/have the payment declined on my account. I then payed my bill manually. Both have been payed for my bill as I got payed the same day after the automatic payment and the extra is now on my sky account as credit for my next bill which i would like to get refunded

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Escalation Team may get in touch with you later. They can hopefully refund you in the standard3-5 working days.
Look out for an email and also a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. Once that speech bubble appears you only have 48 hours to join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply from Sky within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky are not instant so you’ll need to regularly check the chat thread.
