It keeps saying an unknown error has occurred when I try to sign in

I was doing what I do multiple times a day. Typed in sky.com. When it came up pressed sign in, it asked for my email, put it in and pressed continue and it kept coming up with "an unknown error has occurred". Am wondering if it's my computer or a problem with my account
