Access to my bill is restricted!

When I log in to check my mobile phone billing, I get the message "this page is restricted".

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Update, spoke with @Fluffmilla and this will need dealing with via "forgot sky ID" on sky.com login page, if still unable to access account the Sky ID team should be able to assist.

Tried the "forgot id" option but it gave me the email I'd already been using and which failed to give me access.
