We are just customers here who help each other but what we can say is Sky will not restore your TV service until you pay what you owe, they also do not do promises to pay. When you do make the payment to clear this bill you also need to setup your payment method again and then once the banks clear your payment (which usually will not happen at the weekend) your service should be restored.
