About my recent bill

Why it's showing £46 extra on my bill. This is not in my package if you added by mistaken please remove without any prior information you should not do like this . Please try to remove that amount from my bill.

You are only talking to other customers on here and not Sky support so we can not add or remove anything for you.

 

What does your bill show that this extra £46 is for, could a discount have ended, compare your latest Sky bill to a previous one, what is the difference ?

I have recently spoken to one-off your colleagues they said it's a system error we will fix it but still it's showing £46 in my bill.
