ACCOUNT SPECIFIC ISSUE - Cannot update Direct Debit details

Tried several times to update/change my direct debit details (i.e. change of bank account and sort code) but system just errors with.......................................

Change payment method unsuccessful

You will have to give Sky a call to see if they can update the details for you.
