A compensation refund

I received an email on aug 22nd saying that I would be compensated of £31 within 30 days from that date, it would be sent straight back to my bank account... I have tried calling but don't get through to anyone, tried messaging on the online messages but get absolutly no where other than a robot?! I still haven't received the refund and I check my bank daily and have my notifications on if something comes in or out I know. Does anyone happen to have an actual number to speak to an actual person? I have tried emailing aswel and have no response... I'm new to sky only been with them a month and I'm already thinking of going to a different company!
