2nd Bill
.Hi , my first sky bill were paid twice . My fault as i thought i had set it up for card payments manually , so the morning it were due i made a manual payment . Later on in the afternoon Sky took it via card payment so my account is now £37 in credit . I have a question, it says this credit will go towards my next bill 16th August bill . Does anyone know hw this works , im new to sky so unaware .

As you are aware going forward there will be no need to manually pay your bill.
Regatding the credit you have two options, you can either leave it so it is used to pay your next bill or if you prefer you can have it refunded so let us know if you want to do this as we can arrange some help for you via here.

It can be left to pay the 2nd bill , thats fine . Will that happen automatically & they then wont have to take it via direct debit will they . I changed payment method as its easier for me .

@Ashley_30 the way it works is, that providing the credit is on your account by the time your next bill is generated (two weeks before payment is due) it will be used to reduce or settle your bill.
