£20 charge new phone installation fee.

I was charged a £20 new phone line installation fee. As a new customer I shouldn't have been charged this fee. I was assured it would be credited to my first bill however it hasn't. I assume this occurred as I initially took out a contract on 18th November however I cancelled this well before the installation date and took out a contract again on the 23rd November as a new customer which is when I was charged the £20 new phone line installation fee.

Yes I was a new user when I signed up on the 18th November.

The fact that you cancelled and signed up again might have something to do with it. You'll have to follow it up with Sky.
