2 devices on bill

I purchased a new phone, on contract, and have sent my old one back which should have paid off my old device. However my new bill (and predicted future bills) shows costs for both devices.

It will do until such time as the returned device has been received, processed, checked for damage and its value ascertained.

Fair enough, but given that the value was predicted to cover the full remaining cost of the old device, will the payment I have just made put me in credit?

Yes - no payment goes down the back of the sofa.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
