17 Promax Credit agreement cancel

I ordered 17 Promax on 16 September but sky cancel my credit agreement, So when i ordered they deduct £12 from my account, it currently shows in my credit balance but i want to get it back in my bank account, because i didn't get any product or service from sky.

I presume you mean you have failed one of the credit check(s). For a sim deal it’s just a soft credit check, for a device there’s also an enhanced check.

Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer so you’d need to contact Sky to chase it up.
