£15 every two weeks

Hi all,

I have just started sky and have looked into my account and can see that I payed £15 on 27/09/24 and another payment of the same amount is due on 11/10/24.

What am I paying £15 every two weeks for as nothing in my sky accounts say I am?

@Kayellem

You haven't said what service this is for. Clicking on any blue arrow next to an amount on your online bill will provide more information.

As you’re a new customer your first couple of bills are usually higher, basically due to the dates they cover (more than the usual number of days). In effect you’ll be charged from the date of the activation up until the end of that billed month, and for the next month in advance. Check your future bills to see if they reflect the amount you were expecting. Also see these links
