My sky is paid by direct debit and ive never missed a bill in 3 years being with them.
In this 3 year period sky have no idea how to fix my problem.

When i try to check out any deals on sky it pops up with you have a bill oustanding of £0
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app
Ive spoke to customer services.
This is my last try to see if anyone can help before i go to a different provider.
Ive even tried paying the £0 bill
Im tired of getting np help.

Anything outstanding in Marketplace? Do you see the same thing by logging in to the account online? I can't see your picture yet so apologies if it answers any of those questions.

Re: £0 bill needs paying
@Jobsagoodon Seems silly but if there's nothing in Marketplace that stands out perhaps try paying a penny in?

Have you tried paying a penny in then? Got to be worth a shot I'd have thought.

There's a 'pay different amount' option there already chosen? I presume there's more if you scroll down where you can input an amount and chose the payment method?
