@Chad48 You're not addressing SKy Customer services via the forum, as we are mainly customers here we won't know who called.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Please be careful: any unexpected call claiming to be 'from Sky' should be treated with extreme caution as this is a popular approach for scammers. Genuine outbound calls are remarkably rare, apart from ones selling insurance ; (

If they ask/tell you to download remote access software to a phone or other device then it's definitely a scam.
