Missing Episodes

My Sky Q box did not record Season 5 Episodes 6 & 7, on Sky Witness, as programmed. I found episode 7 on catch up but episode 6 was not on catch up or On Demand. How can I find the missing episode?

Looks like it's not only episodes that are missing, my marbles are slipping away as it is. 

The programme is The Rookie.

You should be able to download episode 6 from catchup to your box via this link

Thanks, but that link could not be used "right now, try again later". I did notice the link was for bskyb, does that make a difference?

No, not sure why it isn't working for you as it is for me as it loads up after a few seconds so perhaps try a different browser if you can't find the episode via your box. You could also try using the Sky Go app to locate the episode.
