I can't find bluetooth discovery mode on my Sky Soundbox to pair my new phone. my last one is paired, so I must have done it somehow!

Bluetooth discovery mode is one of the connections that cycle through when you press the bottom left button on your Soundbox remote
This is the page from the manual
If you are just hearing the word "Bluetooth" then I think you are already paired to a device
I have also attached a photo of the guide to reset your Bluetooth settings

Thanks very much for this. I thought the solution was found as the box was still paired to my old phone.
But I've unpaired it now, and still no discoverable mode with flashing light.
Any ideas?

Ah, I disconnected from mains, and reconnected and at last have discovery mode.

Did you try the "reset Bluetooth?"
hold in the input button on the soundbox itself for 6/7 seconds (it's the little button on top - second from the left)
