if you are having issues with your communal system that is where sky stream has its benefits, and indeed was the originally target market for (people who can't have satelliey dishes out up).

 

if you have issues with your communal satellite system and your building management won't resolve it you should look at Sky Stream as the solution to get Sky.

Typically not, because there will be a reason the building has a communal dish and distribution system in the first place and they aren't cheap to install: it's usually a planning control thing and individual dishes just aren't permitted.
