I've recently joined sky from plusnet, i'm having trouble mainly with incoming calls. it usually takes 2 or 3 attempts to connect, the person rings and when i answer i can't hear them, they can hear me, or they get a message saying the call can not be connected as the mailbox is full. Also i'm being told on other times their phone does not ring it just goes straight to me answering. I do sometimes have problems ringing out where it says unable to connect this call at this time. I do have an engineer coming out next week to replace the hub, just wondered if anyone else has had this problem

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@RussEvs The way that you are talking is that your phone is plugged into the back of the router and not into the filter or mater socket. Did they just say that it is just a replacement router being fitted or that other possible issues could be causing this problem for you?

@Highlinder Yes plugged into the back of the router, sky have done various checks their end and have suggested a router replacement failing that they will escalate to next level ( whatever that is)
They have asked i log all failed calls for when or if it escalates, but i'm logging every other call !
